Terms of Service & Client Agreement

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC

Effective Date: March 11th, 2026

Welcome to Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern all cleaning services provided by the Company. By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC, the Client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

Standard house cleaning

Deep cleaning

Move-in and move-out cleaning

Recurring cleaning services

Vacation rental cleaning

Office cleaning

Services will be performed according to the scope agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional tasks outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the Client regarding property size, condition, and requested services.

Final pricing may change if:

The condition of the property differs from what was represented

Additional services are requested

Excessive buildup or neglect requires additional labor

The size or layout of the property differs from the original description

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through:

Our website

Phone

Email

Other approved booking platforms

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.

If the cleaning team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

4. Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit or debit card

Electronic payments

Other approved payment options

Failure to provide payment may result in suspension of future services.

Returned payments, chargebacks, or disputed payments may incur additional administrative fees.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If the cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout or service call fee may apply.

Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future services.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If a Client is not satisfied with the cleaning service, the Client must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion.

The Company will return to address the issue at no additional cost if it falls within the original scope of service.

Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Company.

7. Pre-Cleaning Condition Clause

All service estimates are based on the assumption that the property is in a condition suitable for standard cleaning.

If upon arrival the cleaning team determines that the property requires significantly more time, labor, or specialized cleaning due to conditions including but not limited to:

Excessive buildup of dirt, grease, or grime

Heavy soap scum, mold, or mildew

Excessive clutter blocking surfaces

Unsanitary conditions

Hoarding conditions

Pet waste or biological contaminants

Construction dust or renovation debris

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC reserves the right to:

Adjust the service price

Upgrade the service to a deep cleaning

Modify the scope of work

Reschedule the appointment

Decline or discontinue service if conditions present a safety risk

Any price adjustments will be communicated to the Client before work continues whenever reasonably possible.

If service is declined due to unsafe or unsanitary conditions, a service call fee may apply.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide safe working conditions

Secure pets during cleaning services

Inform the Company of fragile or delicate items

Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available

Remove excessive clutter prior to service

Failure to meet these conditions may affect service quality.

9. Fragile & High-Value Items

Clients are responsible for identifying fragile or valuable items.

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC is not responsible for damage to items that:

Were improperly secured

Were unstable or poorly installed

Were not disclosed as fragile

Cannot withstand normal cleaning processes

Clients are encouraged to secure valuables prior to service.

10. Pet Policy

For safety reasons, aggressive or anxious pets must be secured during cleaning services.

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC is not responsible for:

Pets escaping during service

Injuries caused by pets

Damage caused by pets

11. Property Damage Policy

While our team takes great care during cleaning, accidental damage may occasionally occur.

If damage occurs:

The Client must notify the Company within 24 hours

The Company will investigate the claim

Verified claims may result in repair or replacement at the Company’s discretion

The Company is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Normal wear and tear

Improperly installed fixtures

Worn finishes or delicate surfaces

12. Missing Item Policy

If a Client believes an item is missing, the Company must be notified within 24 hours.

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC will investigate the claim but is not responsible for items that:

Were not secured

Were misplaced after service

Were accessible to others after the cleaning appointment

13. Hazardous Conditions

For the safety of our staff, the Company does not clean areas containing hazardous conditions including but not limited to:

Biohazards

Mold infestations

Pest infestations

Hoarding environments

Human or animal waste

Construction debris

The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions pose a safety risk.

14. Chemical & Surface Disclaimer

Professional cleaning products may react differently with certain materials.

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC is not responsible for damage caused by:

Pre-existing surface damage

Worn finishes or coatings

Improperly sealed surfaces

Chemical reactions with old or delicate materials

15. Slip & Fall Liability Waiver

Cleaning services may leave floors temporarily damp.

Clients and occupants are responsible for exercising caution on recently cleaned floors.

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC shall not be liable for slip-and-fall incidents resulting from normal cleaning procedures.

16. Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages

Loss of income

Consequential damages

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the cleaning service.

17. Service Refusal

Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

The environment is unsafe

Hazardous conditions are present

Harassment or abuse occurs toward staff

Payment issues occur

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes arising from services provided by Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC shall be handled within the jurisdiction of California courts.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from Cali Wave Cleaning Co. LLC, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
